After a long…ahem, natural…chat with a great guy about the world and history and how to understand the indigenous cultures of each city you visit in context, I realize that ‘knowledge of history is one of the most empowering, illuminating things you must always open your eyes and ears to…’. There is something to be said about people who learn things through exploration and out of passion.
