When you travel, all of your senses are in tune, which is why you get the continuous feeling of happiness. Your desire to say “I am so happy right now” combined with endless jaw drops in amazement of what is around you is endless, really. Not only do you have an acute awareness in a new place for safety reasons, but you also have this energy which makes you see everything around you in a beautiful light. I couldn’t figure out why I reacted more strongly to my senses when traveling in the past. Colours are enhanced, creativity peaks and you find all the right picturesque moments that evoke character. This heightened awareness teaches you to really trust your gut, feel out situations and learn to listen to your body and instincts. Simply put, euphoric senses = creativity. (Montezuma. 10.20.09)
