Arriving to a new country ... on election day. What are the chances? Turns out that not only are there NO banks in all of Copacabana (the first town in Bolivia over the Peru border), but on election day, everything shuts down and no cars are allowed on the street. So there we are, penniless, backpacks on, walking to our next destination....Copacabana, Lake Titicaca.
